Reservation: Minimum of 4 hours in advance and made within the opening times of the call center (from 09.00 to 20.00 every day of the week).

Cancellations:
Experiences reserved for times between 09.00 and 14.00: Up to 13.00 the day before.
Experiences reserved for times between 14.00 and 20.00: Up to 18.00 the day before. Recommendations:
