Tivoli Marina Vilamoura (former Tivoli Marinotel) Please can we take this opportunity to thank you and all your marvellous staff for another wonderful holiday in this superb hotel. This was our 10th visit and just keeps on getting better. Every one works so hard to make the hotel so successful from the maid to the pool bar, the Sirius Grill and all the catering staff. We were very impressed with the new pond this year. Thank you again and we will be back soon.

My youngster daughter Lauren, has had a wonderful time, your entertainments in the Bar Castor as usual has been tremendous + staff, all over the hotel, simply superb! Tivoli Marina Vilamoura (former Tivoli Marinotel) My husband is the President of the Agents Association of Great Britain, which means we travel extensively and stay in some of the leading hotels of the world. However, we have just had the pleasure to spending three nights at your hotel, and I write to compliment you on the splendid service we experienced there. My son and his fiancée joined us to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary, and we stayed in rooms 216 and 416, arriving on August 26th 2005. Your staff were efficient and polite yet not intrusive, the hotel was impeccably clean, and the food was delicious. We were delighted with our rooms, and I would not hesitate to recommend your hotel to anyone lucky enough to be considering staying in Vilamoura. We have stayed in Vilamoura in various different hotels on several occasions, but have not experienced such a relaxing, pleasant break as we did at the Tivoli Marinotel. With best wishes. |

Please make sure that this message is passed on. Were very much enjoyed both the hotel and Vilamoura, but it was made so much the better by the wonderful staff. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and everyone was always smiling and helpful – and we are sorry that we cannot remember all your names! But the service at breakfast and in Aries, Grill and in bar was always exceptionally good – and it was also good to see that you were only serving (excellent) Portuguese wines in the Aries. Congratulations also to the management for making the Tivoli such a happy place to work! We will definitely come back another time, and we will tell all our friends what a lovely hotel the Tivoli is.Thank you again so much. |

On behalf of red e2 and QinetiQ I would like to thank you for the efforts to ensure the success of the event. The entire team delivered to the very highest standard. At the end of the conference I needed medical treatment and was forced to remain in the hotel for 3 additional nights, during that time and during the conference the staff was not only superbly efficient but also extremely thoughtful to my personal circumstances. Sir, as my DMC partner for Portugal who is Teresa Leitmann at AIMS will tell you I am not the person to give praise lightly. However, your staff was extremely professional and is able to anticipate needs. The team performed very well. I look forward to bringing another group to the hotel. |

We were staying in a suite on floor 3 with our baby, James. You even arranged for a delightful lady to baby-sit so that we could enjoy an elegant meal in the main restaurant. We enjoyed our stay with you so much that we have booked into the Tivoli Ocean Park Hotel in Madeira, arriving December 8th for a 5 night break, again, with our 11 month old baby boy. Again, thank you for your hospitality and we hope that our stay in the Tivoli hotel in Funchal will be as good as our stay with you. Kind regards |

What a relief it must have been to get in on Monday morning and not be terrified that every time the phone rang it was me wanting something else. Anyway, this is just to say a personal and heartfelt thank to all, for all the work and effort you put in to make the News Xchange a great success. I’ve worked on events in major hotels all over the world and really cannot remember the last time the house events staff was so unfailingly helpful, and to whom the words No Problem were obviously second nature.
